- A notarized letter is required to authorize someone other than the vehicle owner to release the vehicle or contents on their behalf. The letter must state the vehicle owner’s name, VIN, and clear instructions.

- Auto insurance is not required if the vehicle being towed from the lot
Payment in full – Cash Only (Checks and credit cards are accepted from approved vendors)

Auto Insurance Declarations Page – Current (Required to show proof of collision coverage if a vehicle owner is removing vehicle contents without paying towing and storage fees.
- Vehicle remains in the lot – only contents are removed if payment of services is not being made
- Collision coverage listed on a current insurance card replaces the need for an auto insurance Declarations page
Release to Insurance – Verbal or written release from the vehicle owner for someone else to release the vehicle on their behalf
